I'm Ashley and I'm a Michigan based portrait and lifestyle photographer in the greater METRO DETROIT area living in Plymouth. I take A LOT of photos of kids and I absolutely love watching families interact and love each other.
As a mom of 2 and a photographer I've been there and I have really seen it all! I have watched many families really worry about their sessions. Will my kids smile? Will everyone pull it together to get at least one good one? It is SO important to me to flip the stigma and create a comfortable, relaxed and dare I say fun environment so everyone can thrive!
I open the door wide open to your chaos! I also want to capture it ALL meaning more than just the smiles. I direct families to interact as themselves and I focus on emphasizing connection, personalities and genuine moments. I have found that the best photos to fill your home with are ones that show true happiness and the real parts of your life and love that make your people so special!

Why can't family photos be a good time? We all know the REAL laughs are the best framers. I love helping you hold onto the real fun that is your family! I incorporate portrait (Smile!) and lifestyle (Think snuggles, hugs, interacting and loving on your people!) photography into all of my sessions.

I'm Ashley! I'm a mom and a wife and I've lived in Michigan all my life.
Since I can remember I've always loved taking pictures. I frequently had a disposable camera in my backpack growing up. When I created this business my goal was to change the idea of family photos from stressful -> fun. It's my goal to have my photos reflect people being themselves, immersed in their authentic life and letting their personalities show up big time!
Extra things I do love: Up north, cold brews, everything about the fall and a good baggy sweatshirt, brunch, bonfires, and summer concerts.
